 Singer/songwriter Chynna Phillips filed for divorce from her actor husband Billy Baldwin on Friday (26Feb10) - only to withdraw the petition two days later (28Feb10). The former Wilson Phillips star ordered her lawyers to file divorce papers on the day she was released from a rehab center following two weeks of treatment for "anxiety issues".
However on Sunday, Phillips requested that her legal team withdraw the bid after realising she wanted to work on saving her 15-year marriage to the Gossip Girl star, according to the New York Post. A source tells the publication's gossip column PageSix, "Chynna has gone under a lot of personal and professional stress. The divorce petition came after a long and emotional build-up. But once it was filed, she realized she didn't want to lose Billy and asked her lawyers to withdraw it." The couple's manager, Lizzie Grubman, adds: "Every married couple has its up and downs, but they are two people who have been together for 18 years and are deeply in love. They will work through their personal issues and they are committed to staying together." The pair married in 1995 and shares three children - Jameson, 10, Vance, eight , and five year old Brooke.
